I look forward to building this teacher support system based on the varied needs of an educator. Teachers need a platform for all levels of support, whether it be building foundations as a new teacher, specialized or homeschool teacher, or a mentoring veteran teacher. We all have tremendous value and with proper supports, resources, and collaboration…we will be able to grow our profession and teacher resilience…together. Our work can no longer be done alone, within the four-walls of a classroom….so let’s move beyond the schoolhouse!
